What to expect...
Meet Father Christmas
Visit the magical Christmas village, Christmasville, where you’ll find Father Christmas in one of the elves’ cozy cottages. Every child will receive a special toy to take home.
Each child’s ticket includes one free adult admission to join them to meet Father Christmas and on the rides! Extra adult tickets are available for purchase.
In the Adventure Wonderland passport,
each child will receive vouchers
for all these great extras:
- FREE round at Adventure Golf for the child.
- FREE entry to Sealife Adventure for the child and one accompanying adult.
- £2 worth of FREE games at Funtopia Arcade.
- Access to all the rides in Funtopia as well as The Polar Express Christmas Sleigh ride.
- Access to our 6-storey soft play area (for children aged 10 and under).
- FREE Hot Chocolate or Berry Juice (and Mulled Wine for the adults!)
- FREE children’s meal voucher for Sands by the Sea and Feelgoods Diner when purchased alongside a full paying adult.
Height restrictions for rides apply. Each voucher in the passport will have an individual expiry date, and will not be redeemable beyond this date.
The Ultimate Father Christmas Experience
Take a trip to the magical Christmas toy store, where you can exchange your toy voucher for a wonderful gift.
Immerse yourself in festive activities like writing letters to Father Christmas, Christmas-themed colouring, and making your own reindeer food.
Capture the magic with the option to purchase a photo with Father Christmas, preserving the memory forever.
Throughout the day, you’ll also have the chance to meet the Grinch, Mother Christmas, and the elves for storytime and games.

If all time slots appear as ‘sold out,’ it may be because you already have a time slot in your basket. Please check your basket, select ‘remove all,’ and try again to view available slots.
If your annual pass number isn’t being accepted, there may be a few reasons for this. It’s possible that your pass has expired, or the postcode you entered doesn’t match the one we have on file. If you’re still having trouble, please contact us at 01702 443400 or email us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled time. This gives you plenty of time to redeem your booking, collect your wristband and passport, and get settled the departure lounge before your exciting meeting with Father Christmas.
If you arrive even earlier, don’t worry! There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including our inside rides, the post office , and much more to keep you entertained.
Please arrive at the Adventure Inside cashier desk at least 30 minutes before your booked time slot. The cashier will provide you with the exact time to head to the departure lounge, where you’ll wait for your special visit with Father Christmas.

The Wonderland experience is located within Funtopia Indoor Amusement Park, part of Adventure Island. Funtopia is located right next to the main entrance of Southend Pier.
Wonderland is available to book on the following dates: 29th & 30th November, 6th & 7th December, 13th & 14th December and 20th to 24th December. On these days, Wonderland opens at 10am, with closing times announced on the day.
Only the Funtopia Indoor Amusement Park rides, the soft play area and The Polar Express Christmas Sleigh ride will be available on our Wonderland days.

Babies under 6 months are able to visit Father Christmas for FREE with a paying family.

Each child’s passport includes a voucher to choose a toy from Father Christmas’ Toy Store. With a wide selection ranging from teddy bears to games and other exciting goodies, there’s something for every child to enjoy!
