Hi Melissa, Thanks for the below. I was going to get in touch anyway, to say thank you for making our visit last Saturday so enjoyable. Although when we arrived the team hadn’t been made aware that we were bringing the group, they very quickly adjusted for this and everyone was so helpful and welcoming. We were really impressed, from the welcoming team, who even came outside to help us put the wristbands on the children, to the catering team who were able to reserve us a big table together and managed the large food and drink order very ably.
