This really is a must visit when in Southend..we took the Grandchildren and they had a fantastic time..the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The range of rides is perfect – we stayed from opening to close and our little one didn’t get bored at all.
Have to mention how great all the ride staff were at @Adv_Island today. Lots of enthusiasm and energy. Keep up the good work.

My son loved the rides and the staff were amazing.. singing songs, doing dances and keeping the kids entertained.

We really enjoyed our day out. Even with grey drizzly weather the day was fantastic.
When the rain got especially bad we sought shelter in the arcades. My sister and I were contemplating buying a game card. A member of staff, Helen was very helpful and explained really clearly what we needed to do and gave us the tip of buying a £20 gift card and getting £2 free. She was really lovely, enthusiastic and cheerful. She even pointed out the games that seemed to be issuing the most tickets. She asked us where we were travelling from and the whole conversation was just great. I hope you can get the message over to her.
