What to do Next
So you've bought your annual passes, tickets or another product on the Adventure Island website and you want to know what to do next?
I've purchased an Adventure Island, Adventure Inside or Sealife Adventure Annual Pass online...
On the day of your visit head to one of our three cashier desks: Jolly Rogers, opposite Rage, or at the entrance of Adventure Inside. Check out our Park Map here.
You will be greeted by our wonderful cashier team who will check the heights of all the party and provide a stamp on your hand to identify which rides you can enjoy for the day. Once measured, please provide the cashier with your booking reference number. They will confirm a few details with you and then proceed to activate your annual pass. We would need to take a few details including the full name of the pass holder, address and email address. A picture will also be taken of the pass holder.
You will then be issued with your annual pass card and key fob that can be used to get amazing discounts across the park. The cashier will also print your wristbands ready for the day (get those right wrists at the ready). Once you have your wristbands and height stamp you are ready to go and have a fun-filled day.
You will need to visit the cashiers at the start of each visit with your annual pass to get your wristband to enjoy the rides for the day. Please note if you forget your pass there will be a £2 replacement fee.
Please note that some rides and attractions may be closed due to routine maintenance during the winter months, but there are always plenty of rides to keep you thrilled and entertained.
